It's DELICIOUS! This will be the 4th Thanksgiving I use this recipe. What I love the most about it is that it's NOT hard to make! I'm currently 19 years old, so if you do the math, a 15 year old nailed this recipe. What everyone likes about this turkey is how moist it is and the beautiful smell of the herbs and the cripsy skin you get from it. This recipe also gives you some leeway and allows you to make it your own--just in case someone doesn't like on of the herbs used. Honestly, this turkey gets you into the Thanksgiving spirit!

This is going to be my third year to make the turkey. I have used this recipe every year and it is absolutely amazing!! I brine the turkey overnight, follow this to cook it and it is always yummy! The flavor and the gravy made with this is worth the try.

I have used this recipe for the last 3 years and it has been a huge hit! Last year I made it with a 30lbs bird for about 15 of my husbands jr. Marines and there was NOTHING left of it! They were all raving about how good everything was. I used to not like turkey b/c it was always dry but not with this recipe it is moist and the flavor is amazing!!!

It's turkey time! This will be my second year making the turkey with this recipe. I've been in charge of the turkey for many years and will never use another recipe. It is good enough to earn a round of applause! Thanks Sandra!

This is a great idea to achieve a very flavorful bird. I've used this technique for the last two Thanksgiving and my bird was ever so good. My daughter is having her first Thanksgiving dinner at her home and I recommended this technique to her for seasoning her bird. I know she will be successful in making a great bird if she follow Sandra's recipe.
Thanks Sandra you're the best!!

This recipe was so easy and the turkey came out so moist and tasty. I'm not a "chef" but I am a cook. Sandra shows us you don't have to Trick out your Turkey to get super results. Love it!
