I used this recipe last year for Thanksgiving, and honestly, it was the most delicious and moist turkey I have ever eaten. I will be making this again for my family this year. The flavors just came together. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

I used this recipe for my first time hosting Thanksgiving, and my first time cooking a turkey! It caught my eye because I watched the episode and it looked very easy to do. It was AMAZING! My family LOVED it! It was so moist, it literally fell off the bone! It had so much flavor! I have been using the recipe ever since and I will make it my turkey recipe for every year that I host, including this year again!

I made this last year for Thanksgiving and my sister made a turkey. Everyone loved this turkey. It was so moist and I could not believe how the flavors were completely throughout the whole turkey not just the skin, but you could taste the flavors in every bite of meat that you took. Am making it again this year. LOVE IT!!!

I used this recipe 2yrs ago for my first Thanksgiving. It was moist and very delicious, i was very proud that my bird turned out great and that i didn't have a horrible turn out. Last year I used a different recipe and cooked two birds, they weren't as moist and delicious as the previous one. I was surprised that two of my brothers asked me why I didn't do the same bird as the previous year. So this year I will use this recipe once again. Thank you Sandra.

I made this turkey last year for Thanksgiving. I also added apple slices to the bottom of the pan and in the cavity. My husband said "it was the best turkey he has ever had". Mmmmmmm - after 26 years together and I got it right! Thanks Sandra!!

This has got to be the best turkey recipe, EVER! The only difference, is I use a cooking bag, place all the veggies under the turkey and follow the time table on the box, but cut the bag open a half hour before done to baste with drippings (The drippings from doing it this way, makes for a fantastic gravy! Thank you Sandra, this recipe can't be beat!

I have used this recipe for Thanksgiving dinner 3 years in a row...I print it off every October. It's wonderfully seasoned by the butter. I always get lots of compliments on how moist the turkey is.

I made this turkey last year.....OMG! My daughter and I almost ate the whole turkey in one day. My daughter suggested that I NOT smoke a turkey this year, but stay on course and make this turkey a family favorite. I have always baked my turkey with butter, but never with herbs. Make sure to brine your turkey first as it really makes a difference.

Ok so I made this turkey last year for a friends prethanksgiving dinner. I have never made a turkey before, and when I drew turkey from the cook hat I was so scared i was going ruin thanksgiving. As a 21 year old man that still burns eggs this recipe was simple. 15 people went through a 22 pound bird, to the bone.
Everyone said that it was the best, juiciest turkey they have ever had. The next week was Thanks giving and I got text messages telling me how my bird was so much better than the one they were eating. Highly recommend using the remainder of the stock to make the gravy. Don't share this recipe, keep them coming back.

This is the turkey recipe I use every Thanksgiving! I follow the recipe to the letter. It is amazing and so juicy/tender. The breast meat is never dry. I love, love, love this recipe!
