    This is the best tasting lamb I have ever made!! The mint pesto was so easy but extremely flavorful! I marinated the lamb, as I always do, in olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary and salt and pepper, prior to roasting. I will use this recipe again and again!! I served it with some roasted asparagus. Thanks for an easy yet elegant dish!!

    I had never cooked lamb before and tried this dish for my boyfriend who was raised on eating lamb. It turned out amazing. I will gladly serve this dish up again.

    Best lamb dish I've ever served. I was looking for something easy but tasty. The mint pesto was outstanding. I served garlic mashed potatoes (light on the garlic and asparagas as side dishes so not to overwhelm the center of the meal. I will definitely use this recipe again when impressing guests!

    Following the recipe exactly as outlined gave stunning results! The lamb was fork tender and flavorful. The mint pesto was not overwhelmingly sweet the way straight mint jelly can be. Truly a meal worthy of your best company or special someone. I served it with the Cranberry Orange Rice Pilaf --- but used my own rice/wild rice vs. a mix --- the total meal was fabulous. Thank you Sandra Lee!
