This was a really nice round two recipe. However, the cooking instructions are a bit off. If you wait for the feta to melt, you're going to be waiting for a loooong time... While eating, the toppings kept falling off, so next time will make with some feta and some mozzarella so that it kind of sticks together better. Good recipe, though.

Absolutely Fabulous, Ms. Sandy! This and the Chicken Souvlaki are keepers. I really can't use enough superlatives! The only thing I do any differently is to triple the marinade recipe in the Chicken Souvlaki just so I have enough for both and I also drain/squeeze out the liquid from my cucumber in making the Tzatziki. Awe-SOME!

This was really good. I saved the called for amount of marinade (plus some from the souvlaki recipe, but had cut back on the chicken and had none for this recipe. So I used one 12.5oz can of Costco chicken in it's place. I even used some leftover homemade dough, and everything came out perfect. I sprinkled some garlic salt and cayenne on the pizza, and finished off with a little parmesan. I'm not a big fan of tzatziki in general, but it really added to the flavor of the pizza. I will definitely make this again.

For previous reviewer, the marinade was not used with the chicken for the original recipe. Sandra took out some of the marinade before she added the chicken.

Made both the souvlaki and the flat bread recipes from this show. The Flat Bread was good, I didn't save the marinade (not sure about saving a marinade that had raw chicken in it???, but used EVOO and garlic powder on the flat bread for a substitute. Family loved it, I also added sliced black olives and served it along side some risotto.
