Having this for dinner...I had a little taste and is perfect for a quick meal. I used Gluten Free pasta. Enjoy!

This is the first Round 2 Recipe I've made. It was great to be able to use leftovers and minimal ingredients to make a whole new meal.
I had more then 2 skewers left over, so I just used everything I had. I ended up using a big can of crushed tomatoes to cover all of the pasta and veggies/sausage. We like our pasta saucy.
I probably should have added more salt to make it not as acidy, but oh well.
I even had MORE leftovers from this too! Hubby and I were BOTH able to take this for lunch. I added a little water to mine before I microwaved mine to thin out the sauce.
    Overall, good recipe.
