This recipe was so good I printed it out for the guests-they wanted it. That is the sign of a successful evening a la 2008!!

Way too many ingredients here. The result is really unpleasant. Sometimes less is better.

It should be delicious as written. This one certainly wasn't. I think it probably hadn't been tested before they posted it.

There are way too much "stuff" in this recipe to use it as a flexible side dish. The first time I made it we all thought it was really bad. And it also clashed with what we served it with. But I have found that sometimes you have to change a recipe a bit to make it work. So I made it again and left out the fruit and olives and just added the almonds and goat cheese. The simpler recipe was MUCH better and goes well with a variety of entrees.

This could have been really good if someone had paid attention to detail. Instead, everything but the kitchen sink is tossed into the pot in a random combo of flavors and textures. The finished product is very poor.

What a bizzare recipe! I'm sorry I wasted my time on it. All those ingredients! Olives, fruit, goat cheese -- they taste great by themselves but together they were beyond awful.

What matters is whether or not my family liked it. And they didn't. It was a dreadful combination of flavors.

I know we as Americans aren't used to this flavor combination, but it is very typical Moroccan flavor. As for saffron, it can be expensive in gourmet shops, but if you have a Trader Joes near you, you can find it for just a few dollars. If not try a local European, Indian, Asian or Middle Eastern store. You can always find spices and imported items much cheaper there.
