It's not the easiest thing to put together, but my husband and kids loved it, so it's worth it!!

It was fruity and crunchy and creamy all at the same time. Amazing. The saffron flavor came through loud and clear still over the fruit and almonds and cheese though. This was liked eating at a gourmet restaurant, but so easy! Thank you.

The flavors of all the ingredients combined makes a great dish. I've had couscous in the past that was really bland, but this was flavorful and delish.

I'd never cooked cous cous before. This was delicious. I added more saffron since I love the flavor. Please don't try using food coloring instead of saffron for this like one reviewer recommended. It will not taste good in my opinion. Food coloring is not a good alternative to saffron :

There was too much going on in this recipe. Apricots, olives, raisins, cheese -- they didn't go well together. I made it a second time omitting the olives, apricots and almonds and we liked it a lot better.

This recipe was so fast to prepare and simply delicious. I added extra water as the cous-couse was a little dry. I also added extra goat cheese. This is a nice side dish to use with family & friends.

The first time I made it was a disaster because I mistakenly used polenta instead of coscous. The second time went much better. We added extra fruit and sort of made it into a dessert.

I was scared to try anything like this before but it came out really good. I couldn't find saffran tho.
