I thought this was very delicious, and so easy to prepare. Not having any on hand, I made my own grill seasoning (1 T kosher salt, 1 T black pepper, 1 T onion powder, 1 T garlic powder, 1 T ground coriander, 1 t crushed red pepper and it was very tasty. I left half of the onions ringed and sauteed them with a pinch of sugar, and chopped up some of the mushrooms, which helped thicken the gravy. I served it on a pile of mashed potatoes. Yum!

This was really great, and turned out nicely for me. I had a tough time with the 'grilling spice' from the grocery store, and probably missed on the measurement. This recipe is going in my keepers pile, and I'm happy to have something new to do with ground beef. I'm wondering how tasty this will be with Ground Turkey and Chicken stock. I feel a round two coming on soon, thank you Sandra!

The meat was very moist, which I loved, but Im not sure I loved the gravy taste, which all depends on the flavor of steak seasonings and the canned beef broth you decide to you use. I used Montreal Steak seasoning and its mainly salt and pepper and low sodium Swanson beef broth. Im going to try the empanadas tonight, maybe the steaks are even better the next day.

I made this for dinner tonight and it was not only an easy meal but it tasted great. It was in a totally different league than those frozen salisbury steak meal type things. It was moist and the flavor was really good. I will be adding this to my recipes and fixing it on a regular basis! Thanks for a great family meal recipe.

I made this last night and "let me tell ya" as Sandra would always say, it was simple and easy to make. My husband really liked it and I've never made Salisbury Steak before, this was the first time and all I can say is that I will make it again. Thanks Sandra.
