I love eggnog and I was glad to find a delious reciept. Now I can make it myself instead of just setteling on what was sold in the market. I love most of Sandra Lee's reciepts and so does my family.

A little bit strong on the rum side, but toned down with more eggnog, this was GREAT!

I don't usually like eggnog but I thought this might be worth the try. It was a hit! Everyone loved this recipe!

I just happen to turn Sandra's Christmas show on last year and couldn't beleive how easy her recipe was for the holidays egg nog I Made this for my Holiday party and my guest couldn't beleive how good it was and kept saying where did you get this recipe and they all wanted it. You should always tast something while adding alcohol (Shame on them and if to strong add more milk or cream to thin it down. It it was to thick for me and added more cream to it also used fresh Nutmeg instead and double the recipe and ran out. Using it ths year again.I lost this recipe and Thanks Food TV for emailing me this recipe and hope everyone has a Great Holiday Season.

We thought it needed more alcohol, not less.

This Eggnog is the BEST I've ever had. Very tasty. It will however give you one heck of a buzz, but nonetheless great! My daughter-in-law made it this Christmas, it was fantastic!

I was rather nervous to make this recipe for Christmas Day given all the bad reviews.

I made this eggnog with 2 quarts of eggnog, 1 cup of dark rum and 1 cup of Godiva white liquor. We garnished it with the pumpkin pie spice and I must say ..it turned out lovely ! It was delicious ! Even with the reduced alcohol amounts (down to 25% from 50% as written in the recipe you could still taste the alcohol and knew this was an adults only drink (not too strong by any means. It was very tasty. We served this drink for the adults to have during a family toast. Nobody got "drunk" on it.....most people had 1 medium sized glass. People complimented it and wanted to know what was in it (the white liquor is the ingredient that surprises everyone...it's quite nice in this recipe ! I will make this again next year !

There was way too much alcohol in this. The pumpkin pie spice wasn't a good combo with the drink, either.
