- 4 ounces gin
- 4 tablespoons cherry juice
- 8 dashes bitters
- 1 bottle chilled Champagne or sparkling wine
- 4 cherries, for garnish
Into a Champagne flute, add 1 ounce gin, 1 tablespoon cherry juice and 2 dashes of bitters. Fill the flute with Champagne and garnish with a cherry.
