I made this last night, and i did it an easier way:

I actually only had cherry pie filling, and not frozen cherries, so i replaced the frozen cherries with frozen blueberries, not thawed out. And i mixed those two with the melted butter and poured that into and 8x8 baking dish. Then i mixed the topping like it said, and poured that over. I had to bake it a little longer, so it wouldn't be runny. Then when it finished (cooked about 45 min.-1 hr. i scooped out servings, and topped them with cream and almonds (almonds gave it great flavor to pair with the extract It came out very delicious, and next time i'm going to add an oatmeal crumble mixture on the top before i bake it.

Turned out really good. I did double the amount of fruit and I cook with splenda, I also just spooned it out on to plates with ice cream. My friends and family loved it. I also cooked it another time and added some aprcots.

I whisked until smooth just like she instructed on the show. Should've stopped at the lumpy stage.

and the crust was not tasty. The bisquick made a texture like cornbread.

I didn't have a cast iron skillet so it took a little longer to cook but it went together unbelievably quickly and was a big hit.

This was soooo easy. I inverted it--but you need to make sure your plate is at least 12 inches in diameter and has a lip.
Used lowfat biscuit mix and it was super!!!

The filling was loose and watery and didn't have a very good flavor. Hard to serve without it falling apart. Not recommended.
