this was very good. i did omit the pepper but was delicious every one wanted the recipe. Iam trying to fiqure out why the other reviewer used a colander though. hmmmm.

I would have given this ten stars, but when I went to bake the cobbler in the mini-colanders all the filling seeped through the holes. Next time I will bake the cobbler first and then spoon it INto the colander - just before serving.
