I had never made stuffed mushrooms before but this recipe looked so tasty and easy that I gave it a try. I served them for a "girls night in" and everyone loved them and several people asked for the recipe! My husband, who was relegated to his office snuck into the kitchen and grabbed a few, he thought they were excellent.

I made this for a Christmas Condo building party. I took the tray down and went back to lock my door and turn on the Christmas lights. When I went down to the lobby the stuffed mushrooms were gone. I used ground turkey and I shared the receipe with four people. Thanks

I have made this twice. Once I used hamburger, but was better with the sausage. I also used herb stuffing. I am adding this to my favorites list.

Sandra Lee making this dish made me want to right away. I used her recipe but substituted herb stuffing. Yummy! My husband loved it, saying it was even better than his mom's! This is definitely a keeper!

I have made these twice since christmas and still dont have any left!!!! I used onions instead of leeks because i couldn't find any and i also used the sage sausage instead of using sausage and sage. It is super easy. I carried these to my inlaws and they thought they came out of a box!!!!!! I will most assuredly be making these again and again!

I made this for the first time for Christmas and they very good. I prepared the stuffing the day before so all I had to do was stuff the mushrooms and pop them in the oven. They went very fast! The only thing I did differently was I omitted the mushroom stems and I used the smaller green onions in place of the leeks. Wonderful recipe!

I prepared this dish last night. It was so simple and easy. It is also a very flexible dish which enables you to use whatever you like in the stuffing. Next time, I'll use spinach!!
