These are the best stuffed mushrooms ever. I didn't have stuffing mix so I used garlic and herb salad croutons! Even people who don't like mushrooms ate these and asked for the recipe! I also used Asiago cheese instead! I've made these several times since and have added sausage! Thanks Sandra!

We make stuffed mushrooms every year for every holiday. This year I wanted to try something different. We normally can't make anything that has milk in it, but this year we weren't hosting a guest who has dietary restrictions. They were absolutely delicious. I would definitely make these again.

We have a couple vegetarians in our family. These mushrooms are a PERFECT alternative to stuffings and dressings laden with turkey stock. Really, really good!

Everyone loves these mushrooms and they are so easy to make. I saw the video and it made it a lot easier. I make this for friends and they think I am a great chef!! Love it!!

This receipe was a hit at our family gathering. I followed the direction to a tea but added feta cheese. The feta gave it a cheesy texture but wasn't over bearing. Worth trying.

I used panko (Japanese bread crumbs and added fresh dungeness crab meat...delicious and so easy. I save some of the stuffing as a dip for crackers, very tasty!
