    I have made these several times for guests and they are SO easy to make and they always fly off the plate. My niece accidentally spilled a little extra parsley into the mixture and it actually worked out well since the extra green made them look even more appetizing. This makes a lot of filling so I would get a few extra mushroom caps to fill.

    Wow! These were BAD! The stuffing was runny and tasted horrible. I can't imagine why all these people praise this loser of a recipe.

    I love this recipe. I filled no where near the amount of mushrooms it called for, but they were sure were good.

    The filling was just ok and kept falling apart. Couldn't stuff the mushroom too well. Won't use this recipe again.

    These mushrooms were delicious and healthy. I used a little extra virgin olive oil instead of margarine to brush the mushrooms (better fats in EVOO. The herbs were refreshing and the cream cheese delicious. I imagine adding other things to them, like tomatoes, feta, or peppers would make them equally delicious. Wonderful for a party or for snacking! It's a keeper.

    This was an easy recipe to follow with my 13 year old daughter. They tasted great. We weren't expecting the water that was left in the pan but we probably crowded them in.

    This is the best stuffing! They come out great. Make sure to make a double batch if your having a party, because these go FAST!
