    But these were awful. They were very wet and didn't have any flavor besides salt. We won't make them again.

    These stuffed mushrooms were GREAT!!I Had some family and friends over for a BBQ and made these mushrooms up as well. They were a BIG HIT! All I can say for the people that called them lousy is..you either did't follow receipe correctly or you just don't like stuffed mushrooms.

    This was the 3 foodnet recipe i made for Easter. Was a little worried about making this because of all the negative reviews. But glad I didn't listen. Changed a few things. Didn't use any fat free or reduced fat ingredents. Because sometime they make things running and that seemed to be a problem. I increased garlic powder to 1/2 tsp. I really liked the cream cheese. None of the recipes got 5 stars because they all had flaws in them. Over all they were all very good!

    I served this to friends at a dinner party and no one could tell they were low fat. Delicious!

    The first time I made these they were very dry, just like everyone says. The next time, though, I used 2 sticks of margerine and that made the stuffing very creamy.

    The mushrooms turned out very rubbery and the stuffing for them was dry and sandy and didn't have a good taste to it.

    I've Found that The Mushroom's Are A HIT With My Family & Friends!!! LOL "There Better than Olive ______" Say's My Nana..... But We just Won't tell Them That. I Won't Even tell Them Where I got the Recipe, LOL NO One need's To Know ALL My Secret's Do They??
