This was very bland. I think the flavor of the guacamole was diluted. The fatty ingredients coated my tongue.

Breakfast tacos are a staple in our home. However we do have access here in San Antonio to fresh tortillas and that makes a big difference. When I visit family up north, goodness knows how long their tortillas have been sitting on the shelf, which turn dry and tough. Also forget the guacomole, use salsa instead. Saves fat, calories and adds so much more flavor.

This is a special occasion dish....in case some of you thought she wanted you to eat it everyday. The only change I made was making my own guacamole and not straining it. This was a super breakfast dish and my family and in-laws loved it! Do use some salsa also. Make this dish your own by cutting the calories with substitutions, but for once or twice a year it is great as is. Thanks, Sandra!

This was some bad eating. The guacamole looked like my wife's facial mask.

This came out to be not very appetizing, which is probably a good thing since it contains so much fat. The guacamole cream tasted like bad jarred mayonaisse.

Denny's does a much better job and the cost is about the same.

The tortilla part was bad but the guacamole is out of this world nasty.
