Nice change from just teriyaki drummettes that I usually make. The sherry is the kicker I think. We loved these.

I used all-American barbecue sauce (KC Masterpiece Original and the sesame oil turned it from sweet-savory to sweet-bitter. Until I find out what brand of sauce to use I dare not make this recipe again. My vengeful family has threatened retribution should I do so.

I am surprised by all the good reviews! I made them exactly as she said and we all thought they were really dull and flavorless. Maybe I will marinade them loner -- but probably will look for a difft. recipe.

You need to plan ahead with this one, is all. If you make it like she says, they really don't taste good. But if you let them sit overnight, they have lots of flavor. You MUST cook them for about 15 min. longer than she says to make sure they are fully cooked.

It was undercooked and raw near the bone. B-A-R-F!

They were too fatty and flavorless for me, thanks. I prefer real teriyaki wings. Leftovers sat in the fridge until trash day.
