Love the fries from this recipe. I make it all the time.
Since I am not a meat-eater, cannot comment on the burger.

Wonderful idea to bake hamburgers instead of frying! But the suggested 30 minutes at 300 F in this recipe came out too raw for me. Burgers were nicely browned on the outside, but not at all cooked through inside. Next time I'll either up the heat or bake longer. All in all, thrilled about this recipe - great idea!

This is one great tasty burger recipe w/o being fried or grilled.
