    I made this salad many times and just recently made it for a large crowd. I used bacon in place of the prosciutto ( too expensive for the amount I needed. I also made extra dressing on the side for those who wanted more. Such a delightful light salad. Many different ingredients can be added to this salad and it will still be delicious. I have made many of your recipes over the years Sandra, and have not come across one recipe that was not liked by anyone. Keep those recipes coming Sandra! Love Ya!

    I used to order this salad from Windows on the World at the top of the World Trade Center when I was on Wall Street & here it is!!! Thanks Sandra for the memories & I can make it too...
