This rice was not very good. The recipe called for too much liquid. I added more rice in order for it to come together. I also added garlic and salt and more of the taco seasoning in order to make it taste like anything. I definitely would not make again.

I read the reviews before I made this so I as well used chicken broth and an entire package of taco seasoning. I had a big can of diced tomatoes so I did several big spoonfulls of tomatoes. I did this on a short notice and the only rice I had was minute rice. It worked just as well. We will make this again.

My family thought this was only a so-so dish. It will not be a repeat for us. It was edible, but lacked the spicy flavor that we expected from this type of dish.

Not enough flavor. Had to add garlic and salt to have a hint of flavor.

After reading the review, I too used chicken broth instead of water and also used the whole packet of seasoning, as my family likes things a little more flavorful. Came out excellent! My loved it. We'll definitely use this one again.

this is a geat side dish. I also ate it as a left over snack with some salsa and sour cream. Easy, and delicious!
