My husband and I liked the idea (one dish meat and potatoes however, the spices were a bit strong and we didn't even use everything listed (no mushrooms (he hates them! and cut back on the onions. Will try it again without the Shake N Bake.

I haven't cooked in a crock in a very long time and wasn't expecting very much. It was really good. The only thing I would change is the shake and bake I would use the plain one and add some hot peppers.

This recipe was great, my meatloaf is usually dry but this one was moist not over cooked the potatoes were tender. I don't know what happen to the person who says the potatoes were mush and too much sodium. It taste great, no complaints. I will make this recipe again.

I was so excited to try this recipe. The potatoes were mush and the meat loaf was dry! Too many onions.

I followed the ingredients exactly as stated- It sure was nice to come home from work and have a delicious meal ready anbd waiting for us. I would definately prepare for company and have already shared the recipe with both my daughters and daughter-in-law.

this taught me NEVER cook meatloaf in the slow cooker. Do yourself a favor do not use the ceddar cheese soup in the meatloaf itself and DO cook in the oven and for goodness sake fry the potatoes if you must have potatoes never use the slow cooker. Sorry, this a dreadful recipe and I normally like her helpful time saving recipes.

We really don't eat meatloaf in my family. Mostly due to the dryness I always encounter.

I was watching the show (always desperate for something new and this caught my eye.

Unfortunately I didn't get it together early enough to use the crock pot, but I followed the recipe (using one pkt of stuffing mix, and pork sausage cause that is what I had, because that was what she used on the show and baked on 350 for 1 1/2 hours.

    AMAZING!!!!!

There wasn't one piece of leftover! I was feeding my 17 year old daughter and her two friends. All very trim girls with decent appetites. They all had thirds!

    I was delish!!!!

    THANK YOU FOR THIS RECIPE!!!

Sorry, but this recipe doesn't have the flavor or aesthetics for me to want to make it again. A big blobby mess. Sorry Sandra - I still LOVE your show & will try other recipes.
