So yummy and easy! I didn't have any cumin, but it was still wonderful. I did not make a side and was still full. Will definitely make it again!

I thought these were terrible, but I don't like the taste of cumin. I gave it 2 stars because my other half thought they were pretty good, but he likes cumin. But I agree with everybody that said the cumin overpowered the whole thing

I did not like this at all... The cumin over powered it. I will not be making this again. Plus the pork chops were very tough.

I made these chops last night and they were very tender. I substituted 1/2 tsp of sage for the cumin. Also, I put them in the oven at 350 on a baking stone while the sauce simmered down so that they were cooked through perfectly. Our only complaint was the mustard. I used spicy brown mustard as was called for but we all thought that the flavor/sourness overpowered the other flavors.

I made this for my husband for dinner. We both thought it was amazing. I used 6 boneless porkchops and added alittle more chicken broth to the gravy. It was moist and delicious. I had my friends try it and they loved it too. I will definitely make this dish again.

i know everyone else loved these, but we did not care for them. the sauce seemed like a gooey, yellowish (from the mustard mess.

This was a quick and yummy recipe! I dredged the chops in spicy flour to brown them and used dijon mustard and a little mascapone cheese. Will make again!

I can not make gravy and I love smothered pork chops. I tried this dish and was amazed at the flavors and the ease of the gravy. I made garlic yukon gold mashed potatoes and the salad. Simply marvelous!!! This dish will definitely become a family favorite!!!
