I don't even care for pork chops but these tasted great and were very moist! We lost our business during this past recession so it was a real blessing to have pork chops and not worry about our budget!

This is the best pork chop recipe I've ever tried. The recipe cooks up fast and the chops stay moist. It's full of flavor and is a definite KEEPER. The lettuce wedges are a perfect compliment for this meal.
