Place small scoops of sorbet, using a melon baller, into shot glasses (only 1 flavor per glass). Top sorbet with about 1 tablespoon of matching flavored liqueur
It was a good idea but lacked something. Served for some guests who were not impressed either. Maybe better served as a shake with ingredients combined?
As long as you are not expecting anything "fancy" or extra special, you like these drinks. They are fun & appealing to the eye as well. Very sweet, but that is the purpose. A dessert & a drink. I also tried coffee ice cream & baileys liquor.... Very Yummy! One thing though, don't expect to get tipsey off of these drinks!
