I noticed the turkey didn't have any seasoning, so i seasoned it with some salt, pepper, and a puree of garlic and basil leaves then cooked it as it directs but i also noticed there was no spices so i added a couple of bell peppers and 2 tsp of chili powder then added the beans and tomato..a pinch of tabasco sauce for alittle more heat and served it with the cornbread and a dollop of sour cream...very good

I loved this recipe. I made both the chili and the cornbread. Only adjustment I made was I used 1 can black beans and 1 can of Brooks chili beans.
The cornbread was wonderful. Moist, flavorful and easy!
