No chili seasoning at all. This was pretty bad.

Make that instead and serve it with Paula's cornbread - simply the best!

I love Semihomemade. It's my lifestyle. But I have to be honest and rate this a one. It really doesn't taste anything at all like chili. Not remotely. It doesn't even taste good. Sorry. The cornbread is ok, but that, too, isn't very good. You are better off with her other chili recipe and her canned cornbread muffins.

I like my chili to taste like chili. I don't know what this is but it isn't chili.

I don't like my chili too spicy, so I actually usually don't like chili much. This was right up my tastebud ally!

It's easy easy to spice this up if you like it spicier. I one batch for the kids the way it was written and one batch for my husband and I with jalapenos added.....yum

My cooker gave out and so I've been making our dinners in the microwave. I made this recipe last week. Don't know what "black beans" are so I made it with bachelor beans, as that's what I had in my cubbard. Now I can't say much for the spices in this recipe, as we don't have anything like them in Ireland, you see, by it was a lovely way to enjoy beans.

Didn't really taste like chili. It was missing something.
