I made this with champagne (since I hate apples and can't start my day without a bit of alcohol and I left out the cranberry juice. Best morning drink ever.

This was very refresing this morning with the mini apple spiced donuts. I think I might use only 3/4 cups of the cranberry juice next time as it was a little tart for me. Maybe I'll just replace add 1/4 cup more orange juice. I think it will be perfect then. I will definitely be making this often as the weather is getting hotter by the day. It's very pretty in a wine glass.
