    We weren't sure what cereal to use for the coating but went with bran flakes... perhaps corn flakes would have better, less chewy. But the chicken was awesome, super tender!!!

    Sorry but I cannot understand all the great reviews for this. No better than frozen chicken fingers and a lot of work to make. Skip the sauces.

    I make these to serve to my kids and their friends, but they are so good we are going to have them as a family dinner main course once in ahwile now! The ketchup, honey and worcestshire sauce was our favorite! Thanks for the awesome ideas.
