My son usually doesn't eat chicken unless it it's nugget form. He loved this recipe! He and the rest of the family want me to make it again soon!

Wow what a great recipe for really tasty chicken and the rice salad was wonderful. I used Forbiden Rice which is a very tasty black rice if you can find it you will love it. It is more expensive but wow it really makes a great dish. I can't wait for the round 2 peppers I will have those tonight.

My husband loved it! He is not a fan of chicken but I knew he would like it because of the spicy. I added asparagus and peas to the rice mixture to hide the mushrooms he doesnt care for them and he ate it all up! So did I!

Loved the Lemon Chicken, grilled on a cast iron grill pan. Will make the chicken again. We however were disappointed with the Brown Rice and Mushroom Salad. Followed the directions, but who knows, maybe I did something wrong when preparing it. Will serve the chicken with something else next time.

I thought this was a great recipe, and it's healthy and light. I'm low carbing right now so I substituted rice for cauliflower, and added feta cheese, and it was wonderful. My family loved Sandra's rice and my version too. Thank You Sandra.

This episode was great - it was exactly what I've been looking for in meal ideas for my family. I plan to try every recipe. One critique...Sandra, you need to break your habit of licking your fingers to separate plastic wrap from food; especially chicken. I had to rewind the DVR a couple of times, because I was shocked at what I saw. You're such a classy, almost perfect woman and entertainer, that this was just not something I expected from you. This show is so ideal for modern family life, however, so keep it up!!

This WAS very good. I too sauteed the veggies and the dish warm. The chicken was outstanding and juicy! Looking forward to making all the meals from this episode. Stuffed peppers tomorrow, then bring on the Mahi! Great job Sandra Lee!

This was very good and it was also healthy. I sauteed the veggies a little, prior to using that same pot for the brown rice. My family doesn't normally like brown rice, but they had seconds of this (probably the nice lemony dressing. I used dijon mustard and about 1/4 cup EVOO in the dressing. Chicken came out juicy. It's a keeper.

I didn't have brown rice, but I had one of those box of rice & vermicelli. I used that but did not use the seasoning pack. I went ahead and put my carrots, celery and I used green onions and mushrooms in with the vermicelli as it was browning. I used chicken broth in place of the water on the box. let everything cool and added dressing. softened the vegies a little better which made it easier to eat and could serve it hot or cold. Yumm.....
