Come on guys. Use your creativity. Whether she said to save some chocolate or not, you could figure it out. Love it!!!

I have never made anything with chocolate before. This was so easy and everybody was stunned when I brought these to the table.

I agree that the recipe is incomplete. The step of adding the legs and eyes are missing. To add legs: reserve some of the chocolate/peanut butter mixture and dip one end of an unbroken pretzel in the mixture. The mixture acts as a 'glue' to attach the leg to the body. Do this until your spider has 8 legs. To add eyes: simply stick two white chocolate chips on the spider to make eyes.

I would have given this recipe 5 stars if it were complete. I've hosted a Halloween party for the past 5 years and I've made these spider bites each time. They are a huge hit with everyone - my husband begs me to make them at other times of the year.

I loved them. These were a hit at our halloween family gathering. Its true the directions are incomplete but I saw the show. For the recipe you just need to do half of everything in order have extra for the dipped legs. Otherwise everthing came out perfect and delish!

This is the 3rd year in a row that I make these. I didn't watch the show and didn't realize that there were pretzels in the spiders body until I read the reviews. But it doesn't matter, these spiders are perfect for the kids to make. I just take a scoop of chocolate onto the wax paper and then let my girls put the legs on and eyeballs. 5 min in freezer and its done. I even make some without the peanut butter for those with peanut allergies. Love it. So simple.

I started making the spiders & realized I needed to call in help. After you melt the chocolate & mix in the pretzels, you are on your own! Make sure to make your pretzels small (it tends to hurt your mouth if they're in an arkward slant The recipe doesn't state that you need extra melted chocolate to dip & adhere the legs to the body.(be careful..they will fall off! Sorry, Sandra, looks better on TV...♥ Taste is 5 stars!!!!

Instead of making spiders I spread the mixture out on a cookie sheet. Once it was cool I cut it in small square pieces. My husband loved it... even all the little broken pieces.
