After reading the other reviews, I first seasoned the fish with salt, pepper and paprika and then stuffed them. I used the pan juices to make a piccata style sauce of white wine, lemon, parley and capers. Quick, simple and yummy.

I'm trying to add fish to my family's diet and this is a great recipe to try. Fish is inexpensive and the frozen package of spinach and artichoke is good to add. The seasoning is off and the dis is rather flat. Next time I will season the fish with salt and pepper prior to adding the veggie mixture. The previous reviewer suggested adding a pinch of cayenne pepper which would also give this dish a pop. I used the pan juices to make a drizzle sauce of white wine and capers to top the fish. Thanks Sandra for this fish recipe.

Good dish if you need something quick and easy for dinner. It did need a touch of cayenne for some depth of flavor.
