This is is the best Mahi I ever made! Even my husband liked it and he doesn't like fish. Her said it was a do again.

The Basic recipe was really good. I made changes for my personal taste. I added the zucchini and squash in the pot in the last 5 minutes, so it was not too mushy. I also added more mustard for a thicker stronger taste. Over all the family really liked it.

This was wonderful!! I made it for my fiancee and I last night. I have never had steamed fish of any kind. It was bursting with flavor! I will definitely be making this again! Full flavor. Easy prep. 5 Stars.

We loved the fish and the sauce. My grandson who professes to hate fish ate every bite because he loved the sauce.
