prepared this for my adorable niece Collen and my equally cute nephew Bricer; they both thought it was a truffle until I told them it was cheesecake. Both were surprised at how "funny" the overly sweet toppings made the cheesacake taste.

I purchased a store bought cheesecake and used a mellon baller just like Sandra, but I feel like I wasted not only a cheesecake but also my time and money. I've read that others are also having problems with them drying out and spliting in two or three pieces. Maybe if I used and ice cream scooper instead?

I made these and my daughter said it tasted like fake, hydrogenated laden chocolate covering cheap cheesecake. She begged me to make my raspberry cheesecake so I think that's what I'll do.

I had my three grandchildren over and figured this would be a nice project for us to do. Much to my chagrin, these things split in two when I tried to push the sticks into them. I thought I made an error so I tried it again and guess what? They split in two! There I was with my grandkids; they were crying and I had A RUINED cheesecake on the counter with HOLES in it! NEVER AGAIN

What is the problem with those of you that feel it necessary to bash this woman repeatedly-if you don't like her, then don't watch her show. And for the "foodie wannabes", get over yourself. Get a life. Didn't your mothers ever teach you "if you didn't have something nice to say about someone then shut up"? Don't be pathetic.
