What a fantastic recipe! I tried cooking it with less honey but quickly realized that the amount called for is, in fact, just right. We hardly touched anything else on the plate; these Sugar Snap Pees were so amazing. We loved it so much I'm cooking it again tonight, per my husband's request.

We grew our own sugar snap peas in the garden this year as well as bell peppers. Had these a couple of times. Goes great with anything.

I'd like to try this again with fresh sugar snap peas. The frozen ones I used seemed to have been on the freezer shelf a little longer than I'd like. My family liked these okay, but they weren't really enthusastic about them.
