These are awesome. I had them at a party last night and I had to look up the recipe this morning so I can make them. Definitely worth the extra effort!

Way too much work especially with all the fresh ingredients. The result was nothing special, really.

Aside from the 3 hours it takes to roast the tomatoes (which didn't require any effort from me at all these appetizers are delicious and disappear immediately. I make them all the time.

Note: Take the time to roast the tomatoes, it definitely makes a difference.

My husband and I love artichokes and sun dried tomotoes, but this was not good at all. I did use jarred sundried tomatoes instead of roasting tomatoes myself, maybe that is why they didn't turn out well. Will not be trying this again. One reason is I don't want to roast tomatoes for 3 hours!

I'd never done that before and it was fun to smell the aroma and watch their progress. It was a culinary adventure to make these wonderful and delicious appetizers. Will do it again soon!!
