This recipe is a ton of work and the result is so mediocre that IMO it just sin't worth it. Sorry.

I love this recipe. I oven roasted the tomatoes, but mine only took about an hour - not the 3 the recipe suggests. My guest suggested quartering them and sitcking toothpicks in for easier serving. these will def stay on my roster of recipes.

This was one I liked pretty well. I do agree that the sundried tomatoes are a nicer touch. I like to use the marinated mozzerella balls as opposed to the plain ones she used. Bread crumbs on top are a good touch. I also agree. I don't think you need to toss the artichokes in lemon juice.

I agree that the name should be changed. I was lucky enough to have a huge tomato harvest this year so I oven-dried what seemed like tons of them and put them in the freezer. If you skip the tomato roasting part (or just use sun-dried tomato these things come together pretty quickly. I thought this recipe was good, but then artichoke, dried tomato and mozzarella are some of my favorite foods. For the record, I have never seen bruschetta in a jar and hope I never do.
