crispy delish crust on the outside and juicy on the inside. I always use a thermometer to cook poultry since oven temps vary. My oven was close to hers in temp so they came out perfect!

I will be using this for lots of things. The glaze rocked. This was my first time eating Cornish game hens. They were pretty good, but a little gamey tasting for me. I guess that's why they're called "game hens" huh :
