We liked the glaze so much. The jerk seasoning blended great with the pineapple for a wonderful flavor. I'm going to try this on chicken next time.

It needed something else to liven it up a bit.

Followed the recipe and got really bland, undercooked game hens.

This glaze is so full of flavor. I used small game hens like she did on the show, so mine came out fine. I think the cooking time depends on the size. Use a meat therm..and the undercooked bird mystery won't have to be a mystery anymore.

Mine came out cooked through. I think sometimes ovens vary in their cooking temps, so it's always a good idea to use a meat thermometer. Especially when cooking poultry. This glaze was so tasteful. Will be making this again :

These came out fantastic! The glaze is the perfect meld of spicy and sweet. This is going my keeper file.

I'm glad I tried this before reading the reviews!! Otherwise I might not have. This glaze is DELISH!!!!!! I used a small chicken since I don't like anything gamey. The glaze imparts a wonderful flavor.
