I took into consideration the previous reviews and made some changes. I sifted the onions from the soup mix and only used about 3/4 of the powder and I used 1/2 tsp. of Basil instead of the Spice Islands. I also put a small amount of cheese on top of the onions as well as on the very top. My family thought they were great.

After a few adjustments, this was actually a very good savory appetizer. Spray the muffin tins with PAM before placing the pie crust. Otherwise they will stick. The order of ingredients is different on the written recipe from the order presented on the show. The onions should go first, then the egg mixture, and finally the cheese. Be sure and remove any stray cheese from the pan before baking. I loved Sandra's TG tablescape and am using many of her as always wonderful ideas! I LOVE the Food network!!!
