For the few people that gave it a bad review: You probably didn't follow the recipe. And if you really don't follow the recipe, you have no reason to write a review. They turned out beautiful and full of flavor. I love finding ways to make things that taste wonderful and do not have so much fat.

I made these for the first time last night and holy cow...amazing! The perfect combination of sweet and spicy. I love the simplicity of this recipe and look forward to making these again soon. (Probably tonight! The only changes I made were using extra virgin olive oil in place of canola, and not peeling the potatoes.

I made these tonight for my family: an Italian husband and 3 very picky children, all under 6. Everyone raved about the potatoes and every last one of them was eaten. THe only change I made was I reduced the amount of spices added, so there was just a hint of flavor. I will definately make these again, especially as we enter the fall season.

But I loved these fries; they were seasoned perfectly and were sweet enough to peak interest; but not disgustingly sweet; may try eating mashed sweet potatoes next; Thanks Sandra, Again!!!

I baked these and used chili powder and pumpkin pie spice. People keep mentioning that they needed salt but it does say to use it. I did and they are just fantastic!
