Ms. Sandy has truly outdone herself this time! This casserole is just spectacular-- a real winner. Try the yogurt, just as the recipe suggests. I am no health food nut, and I was doubtful about the yogurt, but it makes it absolutely scrumptious. I am just like another recent recipe rater: this is five stars, just as is. No changes. This is a keeper.

I found myself using about 3 times the amount of cheese stated in the recipe

This dish has a lot of potential. If it's made with chicken instead of turkey it would give it the added flavor it needs, and a diced jalapeno or some hot sauce would give it the kick it needs. Using sour cream instead of yogurt is also a good idea. Good dish (and easy but can be great.

Delicious! (with a few tweaks I use boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins. Kept the yogurt, used flour tortillas also added a can of mixed veggies, and spiced it up quite a bit with chili and Tony Chachere's seasoning. It's also a great recipe to cook double and freeze. After defrosting, I add the chips and bake! Perfect for busy nights

I thought this casserole was great. No one flavor overpowered any other. This is perfect as is. I would not change it in any way.

Make it really semi-homeade, substitute canned chicken for the turkey (use the broth from the chicken and add some drained black beans. Family loved it!!
