I thought this was a neat idea; however, I do think it is an expensive snack. ($3.00 for cookies, $4.00 for ice cream and a little over $2.00 for some chocolate chips I did do a short cut, instead of making the cookie dough from the pouch, I bought the cookies that all you do is pull apart and bake, which they were the same price.

I thought the recipe was just alright, my younger brother seemed to like it though. Personally, I like the ice-cream trucks version better.

to make cookies from a mix when I can buy them in a package - - - along with all the rest of the exquisite ingredients. "Stir to make dough" is so much work! Baking? Then scooping the ice cream AND rolling the sandwiches in chocolate chips? Who does Sandra think I am? An Iron Chef?
