- 1 1/2 cups ice
- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained (recommended: Dole)
- 1 small banana, broken into pieces
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 (6-ounce) container lowfat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla vodka
- Fresh pineapple spears, for garnish
Combine all the ingredients, except pineapple spears, in a blender. Blend on high until smooth, about 1 minute.
Pour into glasses, garnish with pineapple spears and serve with a straw.
