I used ground turkey and it turned out great! We have leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

Very good. We added some cilantro inside the dish besides the garnish. I will make this again for sure!

I used left over rotissiere chicken. I also did not have enough salsa, but it worked out fine. I did not have any green chiles. I added half a can of black beans and about 8 oz of corn. I also think it's better with corn tortillas than tortilla chips. I did not have any cilantro or sour cream. I can see how it would be good with sour cream. I put it in a casserole dish and mixed the corn tortillas and some tortilla chips with the rest of the dish and topped it with the cheese. It turned out great! My husband and I loved it! So great that one of my friends that tried it wanted me to send her the recipe! This is definitely one of my new favorite recipes!! :-

Great for leftover turkey...I didn't feel like I was even eating turkey for the 4th time in a week!! Definitely need the extra spices, I used cumin, chili powder, garlic salt, and white pepper along with the salt & pepper. Also recommend adding beans too. I used black beans. Both hubby and I really loved it. Will make again for sure!

This recipe was really good, and I just made a couple tweeks! I used rotisserie chicken, added a can of black beans (rinsed, and a taco-seasoning packet! You gotta do the sour cream at the end, as it really is the icing on the cake (so to speak!! I did cook it in a casserole dish. This is also a VERY easy thing to make for a potluck dinner! YUM!!

I read the reviews before making and liked some of the ideas. I kept her basic recipe but added 1 can of rinsed pinto beans and replaced the 10 oz can of diced tomatoes and chiles with a 15 oz can of diced tomatoes (what I had on hand. I also added a sprinkle of chili powder and cumin to the mixture and let some of the liquid reduce. I added alittle more than half of the package of cheese to the mixture then added about 3 cups of crushed tortillas topped with the rest of the cheese. We really enjoyed it and plan on using the left overs to use as a dip with tortilla chips

My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. It was easy and quite tastey. Next time I am going to add some Cumin and black beans to change it up a bit. The kitchen smelled great during the fast 20 minute baking time.

The kids loved it and it doesn't have that "turkey" flavor that you are tired of by the time you have leftovers. I used tostada shells in place of the chips to cut the salt.

This recipe is very easy to make and it is delicious! My whole family loved it, adults and kids alike! You can make this to be a low fat recipe by using reduced fat cheese and sour cream and baked tortilla chips. I definitely recommend this recipe to everyone.
