I seriously have to admit that I don't usually like Sandra's recipes...but this cornbread stuffing is the best stuffing i've ever had.

I thought the recipe was very easy to follow, and the results were extremely tasty! I tweaked the seasoning a little, and that only made it better! Thanks Sandra!

I have been using this recipe since first seeing this episode, years ago. It is very easy and very tasty. I have had numerous different stuffings that always have too much stuff in them to enjoy them. This lets the flavor of the gravy take hold and can be enjoyed by all. I used regular bread stuffing (store boughtand was better in the bird than in a pan (to dry.

I made just the stuffing and it was great. I don't know how it turned out so salty for some, since the mistake with poultry seasoning wouldn't matter as there is no salt in poultry seasoning, just thyme and sage.

I doubled the recipe and used stove top stuffing instead... one cornbread and one wheat.... My family enjoyed it and am making it agin this year. I also baked it in a pan, not the turkey. :o Thanks Sandra!

The turkey was juicy and delicious. I use a fresh NOT frozen turkey, and a thermometer so as not to over bake the turkey!. Even better the next day. Thank you for the table decoration ideas. Made it last week for friends, they were very impress.

The turkey came out spectacular, although you do have to babysit it a bit. As for the stuffing, I am a complete amateur with cooking, but 2 tablespoons of poultry seasoning seemed like way too much. This is maybe why many of these reviews said it was salty. I cut that down to 2 teaspoons and it came out great, a little too moist, so next time I would add a little more cornbread. The gravy came out just perfect!

HI Sandra and Other Recipe Lovers! I used Sandras Sage butter under the skin and tucked in the crevices. I was scared it would be too buttery or oily but it wasn't.
I stuffed the cavity with fresh herbs and some cored apples and my family called this the BEST TURKEY EVER!
I prepped by washed and brining. Then cooked it it the alotte time and let it sit for 20 minutes. It was so tender, it fell off the bone. The platter barely made it to the table it was so good. Thank you so much for making my Thanksgiving a success.

I cutback on the amount of poultry seasoning that this recipe calls for and add additional soup and it turns out great. This really is delicious stuffed and cooked in the bird. My family loves it!
