Did a test run using this gravy - DELICIOUS! I will try the turkey at the holidays. I may omit the canned soup because we watch our salt intake and use stock instead. Thanks Sandra for your great recipes.

The turkey was very undercooked per the recipe, so we cooked it for longer and it seemed very dry, but otherwise tasted OK. Nothing special. The stuffing was disgusting. I would NEVER make that again. The gravy looked too complicated so we didn't try it.

but this was a terrible dish. The stuffing was awful, the turkey had no speacial quality, and the gravy was just frightening.

Went home for Christmas to visit with my daughter and family and she made the best turkey dinner I've ever had. I asked where she got the recipe from and she said Sandra Lee. The turkey was juicy, moist, and tender and the stuffing was the best tasting. I'm going to have to make myself.

The turkey was fine. The stuffing was terrible. No one would eat it.
