The soup was just OK, nothing spectacular. but I don't know where she does her shopping, beacuse when all said and done it cost me almost 20.00 to make! and I shop at albertsons. I thought this was supposed to be one of those less then 10.00 meals. Dissapointed Sandy

On the spur of the moment, I invited a couple friends over to try out this recipe. It came together very quickly and was very delicious. I personally like the soup the second day, as the flavors had more time to come together.
Also, I thought that on the show, Sandra used 1/2 bag of tortellini, but the recipe calls for a full bag? Did I just dream that up!?!
Will definitelly be making this again!

I made this last night and everyone loved it. You might want to cut back on the red peppers a little as it had a bite to it. We had leftover grilled sweet sausage so I cut it up and added it to the soup! Great meal. I also made the focaccia and it was delicious.

This soup was excellent, II also made the Herb Focaccia. Severing sizes are generous and everyone loved it. I even had leftovers for lunch today.
