    I loved this dish. I would suggest modifying the recipe to using only 3/4 - 1 cup of the chicken stock and increas the lemon juice amount based on taste.

    My family and I tried this recipe with chicken instead of veal and oh my god it was fabulous!!! Definitly will make again it has become a family favorite. The next day everyone was fighting for the leftovers!! (LOL
