and SO easy to put together! If she had called this Siberian Outback ice cream cake I still would have loved it!

This was much more difficult to put together than the recipe would lead you to believe. The results did not justify the time commitment. It tasted like ice cream with candy bars stuck in it. Nice for a kids' party but hardly the sophisticated dessert this is supposed to be.

The Ice Cream Cake is delicious. I am amazed that Chef Lee continues to come up with such gourmet delights. It is truly no wonder that she is the most sought-after culinary expert in the country.
